Catering Orders

1. Any changes or request to modify catering orders must be made prior to 48 hours before event date.

2. Cancellations on boards made 72 hours before event will receive a full refund, minus special request costs.

3. Grazing table and large catering orders may apply the deposit amount to a future order if a date for a future event is scheduled within 90 days. 

4. Grazing table and large catering orders cancelled within 96 hours of event date will receive a refund minus the deposit amount.

Non-Catering Orders

1. All personalized orders or final sales and no refunds will be provided once personalized. 

2. Replacements for any items that are incorrect must be requested with in 72 hours or receipt of purchase.
