1. Payment or deposit is due at the time your order is placed 

2. Catering orders cancelled within 48 hours of due date will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Please call or email any change of date requests and we will due our best to accommodate.

3. All sales for non-catering orders, Personalized items and clothing items are final sales once items are personalized.

4. It is the clients responsibility to relay any food allergies or sensitivities. Unless otherwise requested, allergens such as nuts, dairy, and/or wheat, may be included or come in contact with any orders.

5. Tracking information will be obtained and estimated delivery date will be relayed to the client. Krafted Eats and Designs is not responsible for delays in delivery once item is shipped.

6. Personalized sale items are final4

7. Direct Invoice order payment is due upon receipt.
